Your site must be level within 3 inches across the full building footprint. Remove any debris, vegetation, or obstructions. The area should be compacted and well-drained.
Metal buildings can be installed on gravel, asphalt, or concrete. Concrete footers or a full slab are recommended for enclosed garages and larger buildings. Anchoring is included with every installation.
Our delivery trucks need clear access to your site. Ensure there is adequate clearance for a truck and trailer — typically at least 14 feet of width and overhead clearance.
