About Our 40'x60' Metal Building
All Vertical Clear Span Commercial Metal Building is fully enclosed with a vertical roof, sides, and ends. It features a 14-gauge galvanized steel frame and 29-gauge steel panels. The structure includes one 12’x12′ roll-up door, One walk-in door.

Vertical Roof Style
The vertical roof style is the strongest option available. Metal sheeting runs vertically (up and down) so rain and snow slide off easily. Cross-bracing is added to support the vertical panels, making this the most durable roof configuration we offer — ideal for areas with heavy snowfall or high winds.
Every building from Get Carports includes free delivery and free professional installation, backed by our 20-year rust-through warranty. We anchor your building to the ground with rebar and mobile home anchors, asphalt anchors, or concrete anchor bolts — depending on your site preparation. The location must be level or within 3 inches of level for proper installation.
Engineering Certification
This building is certified for 150 MPH wind loads and 35 PSF snow loads (5' on center). Generic blueprint drawings, which may be required to secure your building permit, can be provided upon request within 3-4 business days after ordering. Upgrade options available for 40 PSF and 50 PSF snow loads for heavy snow areas.
Upon ordering, a small deposit is due to reserve your build slot. You'll receive a copy of your order to review and approve before manufacturing begins — ensuring every detail is exactly as you want it. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and installation. We accept credit cards and checks.
